Event Guide

Program Duta Guru National Symposium 2025 will be held at Putrajaya International Convention Centre (PICC). Located in Malaysia’s administrative capital, PICC is well-connected by major highways, ensuring smooth access by car or taxi. For those using public transport, the Putrajaya Sentral station is just a short ride away, offering connections via the KLIA Transit and various bus services. Once you arrive at Putrajaya Sentral, a quick taxi or ride-sharing service will bring you directly to the venue. Additionally, the nearby Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA), Terminal 1 and 2, is just 20 minutes away by train or car, making PICC convenient for both local and international attendees.

Getting to the Venue

Reaching the Putrajaya International Convention Centre (PICC) from Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KUL) is quick and easy.

Transportation from accommodation spaces to PICC is provided by the Program Duta Guru implementation partner.

Here are several other options that we can suggest:

🚗 Car/ Motorcycle
  1. PICC is easily accessible via major highways like the MEX Highway, LDP, and ELITE. The journey varies depending on the distance of your location and traffic.
  2. As you approach Putrajaya, clear signage will guide you directly to PICC.
  3. You may park your vehicle in the parking area at the Basement level. Parking rate is RM1 per hour.
  4. From the parking area, you may use the elevator to go up to the venue space at the Concourse level.
🚝 KLIA Transit
  1. Take the KLIA Transit train from KLIA to Putrajaya & Cyberjaya Station. The train ride is about 20 minutes.
  2. Once you arrive at Putrajaya & Cyberjaya Station, you can take a taxi or book a ride-sharing service to PICC. The drive from the station to PICC takes approximately 10 minutes.
  3. You will be dropped off at the Main Entrance on the Mezzanine level.
  4. From the Main Entrance, you may use the escalator to go down to the venue space at the Concourse level.
🚅 MRT/ KTM Komuter
  1. Take the MRT/ KTM Komuter from your starting point to the MRT station at Putrajaya Sentral. The MRT Line 1 (KTM Komuter) connects to Putrajaya Sentral, which serves as a major transport hub.
  2. From Putrajaya Sentral, you can catch a taxi, use a ride-sharing app, or hop on the Nadi Putra bus service, which will take you directly to PICC. The drive from the station to PICC takes approximately 15 minutes.
  3. You will be dropped off at the Main Entrance on the Mezzanine level.
  4. From the Main Entrance, you may use the escalator to go down to the venue space at the Concourse level.
🚌 Bus
  1. Take a bus to Putrajaya Sentral, the central hub of public transportation in the city. The journey varies depending on the distance of your location.
  2. From Putrajaya Sentral, you can catch a taxi, use a ride-sharing app, or hop on the Nadi Putra bus service, which will take you directly to PICC. The drive from the station to PICC takes approximately 15 minutes.
  3. You will be dropped off at the Main Entrance on the Mezzanine level.
  4. From the Main Entrance, you may use the escalator to go down to the venue space at the Concourse level.
