Attendance status CANNOT be changed after the RSVP form has been closed to avoid any logistical changes that have already been arranged.

To ensure the sessions run smoothly, attendees are encouraged to bring a laptop or tablet to facilitate activities and tasks during sessions.

PDG implementation partner provides a concierge are to store bags and personal belongings. This concierge is available near the registration counter.

Registration queues will be set according to states. For guests and media, please head to our Info Counter for assistance.

The implementation partner will NOT book flight tickets to facilitate your travel plans to the event location.

You may book your own flight tickets and make a financial claim (if allowed) after the event sessions are completed.

The Implementation Partner will NOT provide transportation from the airport to the event location and vice versa.

However, attendees may be eligible to claim reimbursement for such expenses if covered by the implementation partner after the event sessions are completed.

YES. The implementation partner will provide transportation from the accommodation to the event location and vice versa. Transportation arrangements can be referred to on the Event Guidelines page.

YES. However, parking fees and travel distances incurred for commuting between the accommodation and event location during the National Symposium of Program Duta Guru 2024 will not be covered.

The implementation partner strongly encourages all attendees to use the provided transportation. Transportation arrangements can be referred to on the Event Guidelines page.

NO. Accommodation will only be provided by the Program Duta Guru implementation partners to participants and invitees who have received an official invitation letter and completed the National Symposium 2024 registration form.

NO additional accommodation will be provided. Any extra accommodation arrangements will be at your own expense and cannot be claimed.

You can also claim expenses if you drive, carpool, or use public transportation such as e-hailing, taxis, buses, trains, ferries, and others. Please refer to the Financial Claim Guidelines for the expense claim policy.

i. Carpool with personal/rental vehicles: ONLY the vehicle owner is allowed to make a claim.
ii. Carpool with public transport (Grab, Taxi): ONLY ONE passenger is allowed to make a claim.

You can make a travel claim if you arrive 3 days before and return 3 days after the event due to unavoidable circumstances.

However, claims can only be made for round-trip travel from your school/PPD/JPN district to the event location. The travel claim limits remain the same as stated in the Financial Claim Guidelines.

Note: Accommodation claims cannot be made by attendees.

You can make a travel claim, but only for travel to the event location on the first day and returning from the event location on the third day ONLY. The travel claim limits remain the same as stated in the Financial Claim Guidelines.

NO. If you bring family members due to unavoidable reasons, you must book a separate room for them, and the cost must be borne personally.

NO. Please note that the Program Duta Guru Implemention Partner has reserved hotel rooms where two (2) people will share a room (based on registration forms), and attendees are required to stay in the provided rooms. Any changes or additional accommodations are at your own expense.
